These terms govern your use of vigyanvanam.com ("the website") and your purchase of products from it. The website and the brand Vigyan Vanam are owned and operated by SpinMinds Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its office at Unit 301, 3rd Floor, SBR CV Towers, Sector-I, HUDA Techno Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or buying a product you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital educational products: printable activity books and worksheets in PDF format for children, including personalised books made with the child's name. We also accept order requests for physical eco grow kits, which are confirmed separately by phone before any payment. Each product page describes the content, page count, suggested age and price.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successful.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly on a download page after payment, as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

4. Licence to use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download it and to print it as many times as you like for your own children, your family, or one classroom you teach. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, or publish the files or any part of them, or claim them as your own. All content, illustrations and designs are original works owned by SpinMinds Solutions Private Limited and protected by Indian copyright law.

5. Personalised books

Personalised books are created automatically from the name and spelling you enter. Please check the spelling before paying. If there is a mistake, write to us within 7 days and we will remake the book free of charge.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access files you have not paid for, or interfere with its security. Learning products are aids to learning and should be used with adult supervision; results depend on each child.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
