Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, so orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful. If a payment fails or is cancelled before completion, no amount is charged; any amount debited for a failed payment is reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days.

Refunds

Because the files can be downloaded instantly, we do not normally refund a successful digital purchase. We will give a full refund or resend the product if:

• you were charged but could not download your files and we are unable to deliver them;
• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the file you received is damaged or is not the product described, and we cannot fix it;
• a personalised book was made with a spelling different from what you entered, and we cannot remake it.

To request a refund, email support@vigyanvanam.com within 7 days of purchase with your mobile number and order details. Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Physical grow kits

Grow kit order requests are confirmed by phone before payment. Price, delivery time and any return terms are agreed at that time. Damaged kits are replaced free if reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
